Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween Everyone! I know that I'm doing this at 12:50am so I have a little of a head start on all of you! LOL But I wanted to let ya'll know that we did our pumpkins today before daddy went to work! Belle look cute in her bib Gigi got her. We all had our own pumpkin to do. Daddy helped Belle with hers (it's the BOO pumpkin). Mommy went with the good 'ole stand by pumpkin face and daddy stepped his up a notch! We all had fun! I let Belle hold the camera while she was waiting so there are a few weird pics. Don't worry they were just her having fun with the camera and mommy helped! We do have fun Halloween planes. We have a parade in Glasford to go to and then trick-r-treating to get some candy (for daddy) and then Uncle Eddies birthday party. It should be a full day of fun! Belle is going as our little "honey bee" and I'm going as the "queen bee" and Blake will be working so he's the "working bee"! Get it? Funny! We just hope everyone has a safe and happy Halloween!

Four Month Check-Up

On Wednesday Belle had her four month check-up. I know already four months! She did awesome! We talked to the Doc. about her starting "solid foods" and if we should try and start her on a schedule? He said the schedule is pointless at this age. As long as she is sleeping through the night for us there is no need to try and make her take naps and such for us. He said a schedule is good around nine months. We still have a way before that. But the big thing was her "solid foods". She is doing amazing with holding her head and sitting up with total control of her head. He was amazed at how well she sat up. He went to set her up and she held her head just fine. He was ready to help her head and she didn't need it. The funny thing is is when she sits up she also wants to stand up too. So he wasn't ready for that. Over all she is a wonderfully healthy baby girl still. We will probably start rice or cereal at around five months. I am really sorry there are no new pics. I figures I'd put this one up, 'cuz Blake can not stand this hat! He hates it! Everyone else things its adorable but him. I do know that he has such a good fashion since! This weekend is Halloween so I'll try and have my camera ready for that.

Daddies Precious!

That's how it always seems to go for the dads. They never can get enough time in a day with their babies. Blake is no exception. I am lucky enough to be able to stay at home, for the most part, with our precious Belle so Blake at times doesn't get as much time with her as I'm sure he wants. He does try to get as much time with her when he is off. On the days I work and he is watching her I call those "Daddy and Me Time". He is the greatest dad and she is such a wonderful little bundle of joy! I love to see the two of them together having "moments"! Today Belle feel asleep on Blakes shoulder. It was so cute seeing her cuddled in her daddies arms. Those are the times you cherish and look back on and remind yourself just how precious that time was! Blake she love you so much! Kisses!

Profecting Tummy Time

Belle has been getting so much better at being on her tummy. She can stand it a little longer everyday. I have been playing and working on her ability to roll over or to hold her head up. She has rolled a few times over on her own but only after we play. She'll get herself rolled on her side really well. When she does roll over she doesn't know what to do with her arm it gets stuck under her belly. That will make her made. My mother got her a raddle toy the other day and she loves it! It is the perfect size for her. She is able to move it from one had to another really well. Belle is to the point where she likes to interact with things. She likes having things to play with in front of her all the time. It is funny 'cuz she'll bend her head backwards to watch the TV. She is getting more face expressions and making different sounds for us everyday! Blake loves to interact with her. Today her "rocked" her! She loves playing with daddy!

New Pics! Updates!

There is always something new every day that Belle is doing. It's hard to believe she's already four months! The other night when Blake was at work Belle rolled over a few times. She will get on her side now but can't finish it off. But she'll get there. She's on her way. She's found her feet so all she wants to do is hold them. Now making change a diaper a little more difficalt. She is jabbering a lot more too. She will just talk and talk and talk to you. Its so precious how she is saying and making a new sound every day. We do need to thank Nana for the new winter clothes and toys and this cute hat! Thanks! These are a few new photos of her.

OINK OINK BABY!

Well Belle is an excellent eater. She is showing signs that she will be ready for cereal here before to long. She is almost four months old so on her next doctors visit we will talk to her about it. I was making dinner for Blake and I when she wanted to help. I think the box of macaroni and cheese was a little bigger then herself. But she was getting mad 'cuz she couldn't pick it up and put it in her mouth. She is a porker! I found this outfit when i was out shopping one day. It is a pig bib, a onesie that says OINK all over, and the pants have a pig tail on the butt! Oh my goodness how cute!! Daddy picked it out today to wear and I have to say good pick!!
