18 Weeks

Baby #2 is officially coming! My belly just started to pop out the last couple of weeks. I hate this time 'cuz I'm in the in between stage. I don't look pregnant - I just look FAT! It is harder for me to eat now. I get half way through a plate and am full. I feel like I'm carrying the same as Belle. All up front! This pregnancy has been alot different then with Belle. I haven't gained that much weight. We had just gotten back from vacation and I only gained five pound. Blake thinks he gained that much on vacation.! The thing was I want five weeks for this visit, to even them out with Blake's work schedule, so I really only gained a pound a week. Not to bad! With Belle I was gaining like five pounds a week. I'm totally excited for my next visit 'cuz we'll get to see the baby. I'll get a sonogram. We are planing on doing the 3D sono again but that won't be until around 32 weeks. Can you believe that I'm already almost half way through? Time flies when your having fun!! I really just wanted to show everyone my AWESOME tan I got on vacation! I had a terrible mishap with my sunscreen and the raft! I put on my sunscreen then got on the raft on my belly first, so when I turned over to tan my belly all the sunscreen washed off in the form of the raft. So goes the awesome tan! Don't be hatin'!
Go ahead laugh!

Big Girl!

Annabelle just turned 14 months on Saturday. She is starting to look more like a big girl now. You know when you get your hair cut and it makes you look older. Well I put Annabelle's hair back in a hair barrette and it made her look like she was 2! She has a cousin Josie that one of the photo's look alot like her. (the main photo) It's great to look back on photos of her when she was younger 'cuz her facial features have changed alot.
Isn't that the cutest face EVER!!?

Playroom!

We don't have a playroom for Annabelle, so we put up this tent for her to use instead. Last Christmas she got this tent as a gift from Santa at my works Christmas party. The bummer is it has Boyd Gaming on it which reminds me all the time of work but she loves it! We have such a big living room that it fits right in the corner perfectly. She has her couch and sometimes her chair in it. She prefers to pull her chair out and carry it everywhere. It was the perfect place to store all her toys but that didn't last long. I think it got a little to crowded in it for her. She started to through the toys out and just play in the tent. I still find it funny the weird things she likes to play with. A crimpled MM's ten or a top of a bottle. We got out her toy chest (that Josie got her for Christmas) to put the big toys in. Nana got her this toy basket to hold her toys too. It works out perfect for me 'cuz I just carry it around the house picking up all the toys. But when I'm not using it she likes to get in it. She's so funny!
Do you want to play with this too?
Okay I'll just eat it!

Golfing?!

Last night we all meet up with Nana at the driving range. I have started to somewhat golf. So to better my game I thought it would be a great idea if I drove some balls. My mom is an avid golfer so of course she loved to meet up. I wasn't to good with my 3 but got my iron's down! I've always been good with my driver. But Annabelle came along too. So that made it pritty interesting. While I golfed Blake watched her and vice-versa. She didn't do to bad. She wanted to play with all of Nana's balls. We found her a basket that she made into a set. I tried to show her how to use a club but she wanted no help! Got to start them out young! Over all it was a vary successful night! We all had a fun time just hanging out with each other! Isn't that what it's all about?!!

Watercolors!

Tonight Annabelle and I decided to got and hang out with grandma Debbie. Grandpa Terry got called into work and Blake was already working tonight. So to occupy Belle we decided to see how creative she is. We let her do watercolor. She took to it very well. She did want to occasionally eat the water from the brush but learned fast that we don't do that. Overall she colored a beautiful picture for daddy. She's our modern day Divinci!

Welcome Home!

For all of you that don't know Taylor got home Tuesday morning from Iraq. We are all so excited to see him again. He stopped by on his way home to see his little Belle. She acted so shy with him. It was precious! He's missed her so so much and couldn't wait to see her! We are still awaiting Ben's return home. He will still be over there for a little while longer. But we can't wait to have everyone home and safe with us.

The Lake!

I've always loved my grandparent Webb's house. The house is great a five bedroom, three and a half bath, with a walkout basement, huge eat-in kitchen, and a great screened in patio, but the proximity to the lake is even better. They have a golf cart that gets you up and down the path to the house. They live off the main channel in a little some what private cove. It used to be that we were the only ones ever out there. There were other docks but for some weird reason no one used theirs. Now more are being used. I think it's 'cuz the kids are older. It's so serene and quiet you can't but love it out there. One evening it rained and when we went down to fish more the water was so hot it was steaming. With the sunset and the steam it was so beautiful!

Fishing!?

Like I said the fishing was not the greatest. I catch a decent catfish the first night but the rest were little blue gill. A long story short. I wanted to fillet out the catfish and eat it later but Blake wasn't in the mood to do it. So he stuck it back in the water thinking he would get to it tomorrow. Well when tomorrow came the butt end of the fish was eaten out! Great! Thanks a lot! It really wasn't that big of a deal 'cuz we didn't caught anymore fish to eat so that would be a lot of work to fry up one fish. But that same day I went up to put Belle down for a nap and when I returned Blake had caught something big! No it was not a fish it was a turtle! A big 'ol turtle! The thing had to be at least 18''. He went a head and let it go. I know I didn't want no turtle stew.

Vacation!

We had a wonderful time on vacation. We started by going to my Papa Chuck's new house in Little Rock Arkansas. We had such a lovely visit with him. It's been a while since we've all seen each other. He has a beautiful home. It's in a huge subdivision where one of his daughters already lives. We stayed a day and a half there. I am totally kicking myself for not taking any pictures there. I don't know why but I just didn't. I was sitting at the lake and it dawned on me that I didn't take pictures! So Papa I am truly so sorry! We then headed down to Poppy and Grams. They live on the border of Alabama and Georgia at West Point Lake in Lannet. They have the perfect lake house. West Point Lake is huge but there off to the side and in a big cove that not to many people go bye. The fishing was horrible! The water was to hot for them. They wanted to eat the bread we'd feed them but not one on a hook. I did in fact show Blake that catfish can be caught with a dough ball. He was feeding all the fish when this big catfish swam up. I grabbed the poll and throw it in the water. He was laughing saying "You can't" when in fact a second later I caught it! All he could say was "No Way"! Proved him wrong! But the water and weather was lovely. It was warm but enjoyable. Annabelle loved to play in the cooler for some weird reason, but that was okay 'cuz it kept her occupied. We did put her in her life jacket the first night we were there but she knew where the edge was and never tested it. I'll post some photo's now and then some later.
