I Love My Big Brother!

Now that Belle is more mobile she is rolling all over the place. Now Trigger is more intrigued with what she's doing. He has always been really good with her. He'll come up and smell or lick her face. But now that she's roll she'll roll right over to him. Well that's okay until she touches him paw. For some weird reason he'll growl at her. I wasn't sure why he was growling but when I figured it out I put Trigger on the floor and petted his belly while she played with his paws. (Sorry I have no pictures but God only gave me two hands-one to pet Trigger and one to watch her) But it was so cute she would pick up is paw and kiss it (well try to eat it, but you know what I mean). Trigger also has a ball we throw for him. She love to watch him run around. I'll throw the ball and when he brings it back she'll get all excited, bouncing around. She definitely can't wait to grow up to play with her big brother.

Sleep!!!

I love to watch Belle sleep! Have you ever watched a baby sleep? It is so incredibly precious! She is so cute when she is sleeping. Here are a few pictures of all the funny ways Belle has fallen asleep.

I'm Stylish

I have been seeing these hairbands and stockings for babies for a while now. So a couple weeks ago I precessed some! I love putting Belle in them 'cuz I don't have to take off her pants to change her diaper and they keep her legs warm. Here are a few pictures of her in them. I went a little crazy with the baby legs and got like six pairs but I love them! And the hairbands look so incredibly adorable on her too! There's different bands and flowers so there interchangeable. She's so stylish!

I'm Definitely Trying!

Belle the last three days has been showing major signs of her wanting to crawl. She'll get her hips rocking. She's also been moving her feet so much, back and forth, back and forth. She also will bridge her back. Which is normally 'cuz she's made. She is rolling all over the place now. She'll roll all the way across the room if you let her. Here are a few pictures of her trying. She'll get it here before to long! She's definitely trying!

What to do?

Over Christmas time Blake's cousin Monica asked me how do I get things done around the house with Belle? Well I informed her that it definitely is not easy but you just try your best and improvise! I'm sure all you mothers out there now what I'm talking about. What do you do when you have to take a shower and your husband is still sleeping? Just stick the kid in the laundry basket to play and take the shower! Hay-whatever works! Monica I thought of you today when the question came up. What to do? Well I hope you enjoy my solution! And laugh a little from it! Miss and Love you!

6 Months

I know I'm putting this up late but better then never! Last Monday Belle had her six month check up. She's looking so much like a big girl, what with her sitting up and all. We talked to the Dr. about her starting solid foods. Belle's had a few things but we wanted to make sure that everything we were feeding her was okay! She told us that there is no book on the proper ways to feed a baby. That we can do and feed her what we feel is right and what she will eat. She did recommend that we wait to feed her more "table foods" till she's about nine months. That will give her some time to be introduced to more foods and since table foods have more seasoning it's good to wait a little longer on that. But Belle can start using a sippy cup. We can give her water or 100% juice in it! Over all she was impressed with how well she holds herself up on her own. She awesome!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! 2010!

This is my 100 blog that I have done and it just so happens to be in the new year. Can you believe it it's 2010? That just doesn't sound right to say! 2010! We celebrated in style! Well, we went out to eat with the family! Fun I know. Then we went to Grandp' Parker's to play games and wait for the ball to drop. Belle did stay up to usher in the new year. I think the only ones who didn't were my parents! Ha Ha!

I'd like to reflect on all that has happened to us this last year. Blake and I celebrated our Second wedding anniversary! We gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl! We both still have our jobs! We were able to keep a roof over our head and food in our bellies! (Which could be why Blake's going on a diet) And most importantly we have so many people out there that love us dearly! We love each and every one of you so much and hope that this year will be better then the last!
