Nana's Tree

It is truly hard to believe that it's been five years since my Nana has passed. We had planted this tree in her memory and it is great to see it grow. I know that life still has to go on after one passes but it's hard not having her here. I look back at all that has changed besides the tree. How our house is getting full, how other family members are getting married and still wish I could ask her question. But what I know for sure is that we will meet again!!

Play Date!

On April 26 and 27 we had a play date with Kendall and Kinsey Williams. They are all awesome. The weather was great on Thursday so we were able to get out of the house and play hard. I found hats for everyone and applied the sunblock and off we they went. It was a good thing for Belle to have someone different to play with besides her cousins. Kendall was great with Belle. She'd put up with her following her every where and constantly wanting to play. Then on Friday the weather wasn't so good so it was a Shrek marathon day. It was a good  experience for me too. I reminded myself that I don't want four kids! Even though the girls were all great, it was a handful!! I was proud of myself that on Thursday I was able to get all of them down for a nap all at the same time (even Blake too). The house had never been so quiet.

15 Months

Sorry it's taken me so long to post this but on April 25 Whitney had her 15 month check up. Our poor little Whitney is doing great but is a dink! She started in the 75% and is now in the 5%.

Weights: 19 lbs. 8 oz.

Height: 31 inches

 I really can't explain why she's so skinny. The only thing I can think of is 'cuz she is so active and both of our mothers are small. She eats and poops just fine so there's really no other explanation for it. The doctor didn't sound to worried. We are having to take her back next week for a weight check to see if she's gained any in a month. The doctor was impressed with all the works she could say. We are doing sign language with her too which I feel helps. She at about 13-14 months really started picking up on all the signs. Her little brain is a sponge. Learning something new everyday. The girls are great together. Whit can defend herself whenever Belle takes her food or toys. Not well I should add but she definitely will hold onto it for dear life and scream bloody murder. We are still having problems with her eyes but it just sounds like it's allergies. There's really nothing they can do. Sometimes it gets better, then others it looks horrible. Hopefully she can grow out of it. I'll update everyone after our recheck.

Whitney's New JB!

Every ones had a "puppy" when their growing up. Belle has her Puppy that she's still in love with to this day. I had Valentino a little white teddy bear with a red ribbon around it's neck. So at Easter Whitney got JB a cute green little sock monkey from Aunt Jessica and Uncle Bryant. She started caring it everywhere with her so I gave it to her one night to sleep with and she curled right up with it. One day I went in to check Whit and found her like this! So precious!

Daddies Girls

 Blake definitely has him some daddy girls! Some times it's just the fact that they haven't seen him in a long time but they are all over him. Maybe not when he asks but eventually they give up all the kisses he wants!!

Playing Outside!

These are a few of random pictures I took of the girls one day we were playing outside. Belle is hard to take pictures of 'cuz she's over it in two minutes. Whitney is just so cute you want don't want to stop. These are photos of the girls playing in the grass, Belle loves to play superman on the swing on the porch and Whit that day loved watching, Whitney also has a weird obsession with eating rocks but I think I remember Belle did too. The girls playing on there swing-set in the back and just a few adorable photos of them! Enjoy!
