2 Months Check Up

Belle had her two months check up today. When we got there they pulled us into the back to inform us that we have to see the doctor before getting the shots. I told her that I thought that's what I made our two months check up and shots appointment. She told us she'll see what she could do. They realized that the little girl working there was making appointment wrong. Apparently doctor visits and shots are done as two separate appointments. We were supposed to make two appointments at the same time. They were really nice about it and got us in. Belle is now 23in long and 12lb 7oz. She is growing on the right track. Her length is normal, her weights is above average, and her head is below average. So she's nice and proportioned. Blake and I decided to get her shots spaced out. I do have a fear of her getting autism or something. I know it's not likely but I worry all the same. They told us we could do what we feel comfortable with. Today she had to get three. They were ones that at her age she needed them before it was to late. She got two in the same leg and one by mouth. She didn't care to much for them. She cried hard core and then eventually calmed down. She has been a little fussy tonight. Blake had a little birthday party for me. We enjoyed Chinese food and birthday cake with some ice cream. I love having family and friends over to our house. I still can not believe that I'm now 25!

I'm 25! Freak Out!

My 25th birthday has always been a big one in my eyes. I'd look you to people that were 25 and think they're so mature. Now I'm that person. I can't hope and feel so incredibly blessed when I look back at all I've gotten and I'm only 25. A wonderful doting husband, a beautifully healthy baby girl, a lovely house, a job, money, and family and friends around me that love me! I think it's good to take retrospect of your life a remind yourself how luck we all really are. I am looking forward to the next 25 fun filed years of my life. I guess I was right 25 was a big one. My life and birthdays will never be the same from here on out. I'll aways something big going on.

Welcome Papa

My Papa Chuck came up from Little Rock, Arkansas to see Belle for the first time. This morning Taylor, Papa, Belle, and myself all went out for breakfast at Jim's in Bartonville. It was good food. The best part was a little after we got there Belle started crying. It was early for her and she was wanting to be asleep. Taylor was so embarrassed. He put his hoody on and was like "Kendra make her stop! It's embarrassing!!" She is normally always good in public. I think she wanted to pay Taylor back for all the times he embarrassed my Papa! We then afterwards went and hung out at my parents. My Papa has to be piddling so he pulled my parents flower/weed bed while Belle and I enjoyed the beautiful day. I unfortunately had to work tonight so we didn't spend all day together. He will be here tomorrow and then have to leave Wednesday morning early. We are all going out tomorrow for my birthday. I am going to enjoy our time together. I don't get to see him vary much now. With my Nana passing and me know having my own family we can't get together as much. I'm cherishing this time we do have. Family is important to me and he has always been a big part of my life.

The Bumbo!

Everyone knows that Belle came out holding her head up. We have been doing tummy time with her to help strengthen her neck muscles. The other day I remembered we got a Bumbo. So I pulled it out. She still has some work to do but over all she's hilarious to watch in it. We put her up on the coffee table (with our supervision) in the Bumbo. Who needs TV when you can just watch her explore this new seat. She loves to sit up! She's getting so big to fast.

I'm finally on Facebook!

Everyone gave me a hard time about not having a Facebook. My mom even was on Facebook. So look us up and request us as your friend. You'll be able to see all of our pictures and can see what we are up to on a minute to minute update. I'm still learning so hang in there with me while I learn. Hope to see you all on there.

We love the lake!

I told everyone about Belles first boat ride last week. Well with the summer coming to an end. We are getting in as much water time as we can. Belle is going to be an outgoing adventurous person just like her mommy and daddy. She loved her first tube experience! (F.Y.I. She was on land with Blake's supervision!!) You can all see how much she loves it! She wore her little bathing suit. She had to get some sun bathing in before jumping on the boat! Got to keep up that beautiful appearance!!

2 Months

On Saturday Annabelle had another modeling engagement with her mommy. Aunt Lori was kind enough to let me borrow her vary nice camera. (She was up for Lindsey's graduation party. We are so proud of her!) Belle did okay. She would get mad and I'd have to let her get a nap. Then she'd wake up and be happy for a while then want to eat and take another nap. So needless to say it took a while to get all the photos I wanted. Her personality is already coming out. She has expressions that say "I'm not in the mood to be cute" and ones that just make you want to laugh your pants off. She loves her tongue and will blow bubbles out of her mouth. I did fall in love with the camera so maybe I'll start to save up for one. It will be so handy. To not have to pay a fortune for pictures I can do for myself. Belle is so photogenic and has an awesome smile already at two months. You just can't help but smile back at her! I hope everyone enjoys the pictures of our precious Belle!
