Blake has officially a fro! It's so long that he has to us my brush to brush it out. It's so thick and he has a lot of it. He's getting really hot with it. He already sweats alot. Now he know why i pull my hair back out of my face and off my shoulders and neck. The hair has to be at least 4 in. long. He can put some in a ponytail. The funniest thing is his side burns. Those are so long you can barely see his ears. He is ready to cut it!! I told him that he can suffer with me for the next few weeks. With it starting to get hot alot of hair and an enormous belly can be uncomfortable.

Remembering Nana
It is hard to think how time can fly bye. It will be the second anniversary of my Nana's death this April 26. I can't believe it's been that long. It's hard to think that I haven't talked or hugged or even held her hand for almost two years. It's still so hard after that long! I still remember everything about her. The night she pasted, when she came to my bridal shower, the summers I stayed with her, all the shopping we did, the trips we would make to my great-grandma's house, and the times I'm sure I made her SO made at me. She was such a big part of me, of my life, of who I am today. I could call her and talk to her about everything and she would understand and still love me. She was just like a second mom to me. She loved Blake but still would let me know I was "to young to get married!". She was still so happy for us and did fully support us. I can only think of what she'd be saying to me now knowing I'm pregnant. She'd probably tell me "I'm making her feel really old and to stop!!" "She may not have been ready to be a GREAT-grandma yet?" But with giving me a hard time I know she would still be elated for me. It would probably be driving her nuts not knowing what I'm having. She would want to shop for it! "Never pay for anything full price, if you wait a week it will be on sale for a lot less!"
All I want to say to everyone is to let your loved ones know how much you love them every day because you never know how fast they may be taken from you. My Nana was taken so fast less then four weeks after I just saw her. She was an amazing woman. Beautiful, full of life, and not even knowing what was gong on. I planted this tree last year in memory of her. It has beautiful pink and white flowers that bloom in the spring. This year I wanted to adorn it like I remember my Nana. She was always decked out, the whole shebang! Earrings, necklace, rings, perfume, the perfect outfit with the perfect shoes. So in part the flower bed with the beautiful flowers are the necklace around the gorgeous face. I see it every time I pull into my house. Still beautiful, full of life, and it will always be growing with me and my family. I do know that she is still with me. Looking throw my eyes, in my smile, and in my big heart. She taught me a lot and I will carry that with me forever. I still miss her everyday and love her even more!

28 Weeks

We had a vary early doctors appointment! We had to be there at 9:30A.M. so I could drink this really sweet orange liquid. We waited an hour and then they HAD to draw my blood. You all know how bad I hate getting my blood drawn, but it was my glucose test. My body DOESN'T do early, it throws me off. I had to "go" to the bathroom! Right when I got up to ask, the lovely nurse comes in and is like "ready for me to draw your blood?" (NO!!) but she did and it hurt this time-like a mother! Then I got really light headed. They put us back in our room to wait and I just felt sicker so the nurse was so nice, she got me a wet cool rag and some cold water to drink. I had no time to recover then the doctor comes in. He's asking me questions and I felt just out of it. I had questions to ask him, but I didn't write them down 'cuz Blake makes fun of me with my list. So we left and I got none of my questions answered. Thank God there not serous ones!

Do you see the tongue?

BUT the great news was while we waited our hour we got our 3D sonogram done. It was the greatest thing EVER!!! The first few pics weren't good but then the baby moved to a better position. We saw it wave at us (moving its fingers in and out to make a fist). One of them He/She sucked on it's bottom lip then stuck it's tongue out at us a couple of times. That was SOOOO frigging awesome!!! We weren't able to get any feet pics. they were in to much liquid. And NO we did not find out the sex!! Well you all can look for yourselves and see who you think it looks like? Blake or Me? But for sure it's gonna be a cute baby!!! No doubts!

Daddy's Crazy Fro
Well everyone by now knows about Blake's hair. He is letting it grow out for the baby. It is SO LONG!!! Most days it's going in every different direction. It's probably adding 10 lbs. to him. But he LOVES it. He just loves to see peoples reaction to how long it is, he reviles in it. Maybe next month I'll brad it? Cornrows? Pig tails?

The Woods Are On Fire!
Well Blake and I adventured out this weekend to the "Farm". We could not have asked for better weather. It was gorgeous all weekend. Bryant came too along with Trigger. Friday we burned behind the dam and by the creak. Trigger was loving it! He scared off some geese by the pond and went for a swim. He's crazy the water had to be cold. Then on Saturday Terry and Debbie showed up. We all burned off the field and the trussle. It was a long hard day. I got some sun on my face. Over all it was a fun successful weekend!
